These patterns were made from actual photos of officers in the Civil War. on the 5x7 size I have added the name of each officer, if you do not want to have the names on them do not sew out the last black. Also you may want to change the colour of the name as they are done in black and some of the patterns have black stitching behind so the name may not be clear if done in black.
