It is perfect for a boy or a girl. By omitting the dangling hearts and changing the pouch into a extra stuffed tummy is still so cute. Only a few parts such as the head, paws, hands ears, stuffed snout and eyelets, paws, hearts and the front of the body are embroidered. The design on the body front comes as sweet dreams and another version has a blank space to add a name or any other wording. The dangling set of hearts are left blank as well for you to add any name from Mommy, Daddy, any other family or add more hearts with a pets name. Kiss each heart good night and stuff it into the pouch. What a peaceful way to fall asleep. The head is completely made in the hoop. The body with the front lace trimmed pouch, paws and the nightcap is sewn on the sewing machine. The head, hands, cap and bows are all added later and sewn on by hand. Set does not include the collar for the blue teddies.
