You will receive two files – one with the word Autumn in the center; another with the center being left blank so you could insert a monogram if you wish. No monogram provided with this design. The monogram shown in the sample photos is our Samantha Adorned monogram. While this design is intended for use with a 12 x 12 size pillow form, it could easily be adapted to a larger pillow form by just making the borders wider.
